(“WeRide” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: WRD; HKEX: 0800), a global leader in autonomous driving technology, today announced that it will release its unaudited financial results for the second quarter 2026 and unaudited interim results for the first half of 2026 on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, before the open of the U.S. markets.

The Company’s management will host an earnings conference call at 8:00 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time on August 12, 2026 or 8:00 P.M. Hong Kong Time on the same day to discuss the results. Details for the conference call are as follows:
