Microsoft (MSFT) reported earnings of $4.74 per share on revenue of $90.01 billion for the fiscal fourth quarter ended June 2026. The consensus earnings estimate was $4.21 per share on revenue of $87.44 billion. The Earnings Whisper number was $4.34 per share. The company beat expectations by 9.22% while revenue grew 17.75% on a year-over-year basis.
The company said during its conference call it expects first quarter earnings of $4.63 to $4.78 per share on revenue of $89.85 billion to $90.95 billion. The current consensus earnings estimate is $4.55 per share on revenue of $89.53 billion for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
