Progress Software Beat Expectations, Raises Guidance, but Revenue Remains In-line with Estimates

Progress Software (PRGS) reported earnings of $1.56 per share on revenue of $253.47 million for the fiscal second quarter ended May 2026. The consensus earnings estimate was $1.83 per share on revenue of $241.70 million. The Earnings Whisper number was $1.53 per share. The company beat expectations by 1.96% while revenue grew 6.79% on a year-over-year basis.

The company said it expects third quarter non-GAAP earnings of $1.53 to $1.59 per share on revenue of $244.0 million to $250.0 million.
