Tyson Foods Missed Expectations, Narrows Guidance Below Estimates

Tyson Foods (TSN) reported earnings of $0.99 per share on revenue of $13.87 billion for the fiscal third quarter ended June 2026. The consensus earnings estimate was $1.03 per share on revenue of $14.14 billion. The Earnings Whisper number was $1.08 per share. The company missed expectations by 8.33% while revenue fell 0.12% compared to the same quarter a year ago.

The company said in its full earnings release it now expects fiscal 2026 revenue of $55.80 billion to $56.35 billion.
